How to make a complaint

You can make a complaint by email, by post, telephone or using our inquiry online form. We aim to resolve all complaints within 3 business days of receipt. For more complex complaints that require detailed investigations which we cannot provide a resolution within 3 business days, we will inform you immediately of any progress and aim to resolve them within 15 days.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If we’ve sent you our final response and you remain dissatisfied, or if you haven’t heard from us within 15 business days of raising your complaint (or after the date by which we’ve told you we’ll send you our response), you may have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (the Ombudsman).
